1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Even during festive periods, sales, or unforeseen delays, our team always does its best to ship orders as quickly as possible but just in case of any delays our team will keep you updated.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through the contact information provided while placing the order.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or operational delays.
While we work with trusted courier partners, House of Seyra shall not be held responsible for delays caused after the order has been dispatched.
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing orders. House of Seyra will not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Returns & Exchanges
As our products are generally free-size and do not involve standard sizing concerns, we currently do not offer returns or regular exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Each product is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear opening video of the package.
The opening video must:
- Start before opening the sealed package
- Clearly show the shipping label and product
- Be continuous and unedited
This process helps us review issues fairly and assist customers efficiently.
Once verified by our team, we will gladly provide an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Returns, exchanges, or claims may not be accepted in the following situations:
- Absence of a proper opening video
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Minor colour differences due to lighting or screen settings
- Slight irregularities in weaving, embroidery, or handcrafted work that are part of the product’s natural character
- Products that appear used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
